Uhdeanuh + Chick-fil-A

It's been My PLEASURE," is exactly how Adeana began her presentation and commission reveal to the soon return President of Chick-fil-A, Tim Tassopoulos.

For the course of 6 months Adeana worked with Clayton Dyson to take on this opportunity to help create a memorable portrait painting honoring Tim as a gift from all his mentees. There's details such as the depicted Chick-fil-A ties that symbolize Tim's tie to the company and intention behind the colors blue, green, and yellow. Each color represents influential traits that the mentees identity Tim as exuding.

There was an overwhelming sense go gratitude that could be felt throughout the room when the painting was revealed. Chick-fil-A is a notoriously successful company and brand and contributing to the celebration of the people that make it a success made this project that much more special.

St. John Baptist Church Preschool Murals

Recently Adeana had the honor and privilege to create and paint hallway murals at St. John Baptist Church Preschool in Columbia, SC. With a short timeline of just one week before open house, she was able to create the designs and then implement them within 4 long days! The overall process and completion was so rewarding.

Adeana says the  best part was witnessing the children show their parents which kid on the wall was "was them" and or tell their parent, "Mommy he looks like me" at open house. Maybe there's a future for Adeana to teach children art one day.

#QueensMural

Peaceful protest turned destructive riots one evening in Atlanta. Owner Sonia Booker had to board up broken windows at her shop on John Wesley Dobbs Avenue, but now those boards are works of arts paying tribute to women effected and lives lost by police brutality. Adeana was inspired by owner Sonia's story of being inspired to be involved and painted her as the muse behind her board "Queens Facing Adversity."
